No. It’s because the H / cross pipe at the back has been taken out. So one exhaust runs straight into one bank of the V8, and the other runs straight into the other bank.

I had the misfortune to be behind this today. It really had it all.. wind deflectors, those fake Louvre things on the 1/4 windows, a noisy exhaust, stick on splitter, bonnet bulge, diffuser and spoiler. A number plate that looks far too much like 'pedo boy', a 'Z' nissan badge and a badge that says 'bad ass edition'
