No. It’s because the H / cross pipe at the back has been taken out. So one exhaust runs straight into one bank of the V8, and the other runs straight into the other bank.

I had the misfortune to be behind this today. It really had it all.. wind deflectors, those fake Louvre things on the 1/4 windows, a noisy exhaust, stick on splitter, bonnet bulge, diffuser and spoiler. A number plate that looks far too much like 'pedo boy', a 'Z' nissan badge and a badge that says 'bad ass edition'
Bingo card complete.
Could also be erectile dysfunction boy. Tbf either reading of it works.

Whilst it's not upbadging of sorts, my mate has fitted similar temu tat to his car. Those shitty little plate holder things (why not just screw the plate to the bumper using the holes you've just screwed the holder to?) a spoiler add on from, I assume, a fiesta, and the most horrific splitter you've seen since the Max Power era
All this whilst having two front tyres down to the cords, and ESP light that keeps coming up, and a boost leak. But you know...... priorities
