Update list Ipod adapter

Anyone got one of these ipod adapters, they go directly into the back of your head unit (as long as it is the update list model). I was thinking of getting one and running the lead directly into the glove box so the ipod is hidden.

Anyone any experience with these things?

it doesnt control the ipod... just uses the earphone output.

it works... but u need to be able to get to the ipod to change tracks

The Dension one allows you hide the ipod in the glove box and control it. Had mine in for nearly two years and it works well. Plugs in using dock lead as you would plug it into your PC.
