Upgrade XP - Vista Redemption help?.

Hi ya

I have been to https://upgradeweb.moduslink.com/Vi...5rfq4ciif))/GlobalLandingPage.aspx?oem=&Lang= to try and register my Windows XP Professional version (OEM) that I bought off of Ebuyer last week. When I try to enter the Redemption Form Number in it says:

*We're sorry but we are unable to validate your Serialized Redemption Form Number. Please contact Customer Service by clicking here.

I have emailed them, but tbh I don't think I will get a reply .

Anything else I can do?

Anybody else had any problems?.

Erm, do you not have to wait til Vista's released? :S

You have to order between October 26th 2006 - March 15th 2007 to get the Vista upgrade.

Ring them, there should be a Free phone number.

I got told once you have registered it and it hasnt worked it is now invalid. but im not sure if thats completely true.

Vista OEM was released on the 12th. The 30th is the "official" release.
