hi, recently dropped my mk2 ph2 1.2 expression with spax springs. now looking to upgrade the shocks, been looking at motorsport world and seen 2 possible options

Now...does anybody know what the top adj is about and is it worth the extra 30 sheets? also will the upgraded shocks improve my ride quality at all as im sure you all know lowered on standard shocks is harsh lol
