Upgrading RAM

Looking for a cheap upgrade to speed up my PC a little and don't fancy doing the GFX card quite yet, ram seems pretty cheap...


Currently have 512 DDR RAM, is it a case of opening it up and buying exactly the same 512 again if I can find it?

p.s. there is a spare slot..

yes, just need to make sure you get the right type and speed, then just push it in the slot
