uploading pics

is there an easy way to upload pics on here as i seem to be having some trouble to do so?

upload them to a hosting site like tinypic then just cope and paste the url it will provide into your messages

im trying to upload them onto photo bucket but it says that its not jpeg so i opened the photo with paint went to save as and saved it as jpeg but it still says not supported by jpeg
