Uploading pictures *HELP*

I now have 8 pics of my 182 uploaded at photobucket in an album.

Call me stupid, but what do I do now to get them onto the forum.

Not done this before, so please explain fully.

Get the address of the pictures and then click on the button second from the right and put the adress in there.

To get the addresses right click the picture and the click properties.
