Take the airbox off, remove the bolt that holds the battery in place and remove battery (im not sure if you need to put a jack under the box when you remove the mount but it might be safer doing so), remove the mount, fit the new one, fit battery, fit airbox, enjoy.

Thanks a lot, so no need to remove the 'spider' and bracket? ie these bits:
I can just remove the mount via the three bolts with these bits in still on the car?
