uprated clutch release bearing!?

  340i
I am going to be changing the clutch soon, so if there is an uprated item I would prefer to fit that!

As the standard ones fail after driving approx. 5cm....

Was the clutch and release bearing revised in 05? My 2002 release bearing sounds horrible, it squeaks, chirps and grinds, worse when cold lol. It has done 72k though and i dont think its been changed.

mines on 128k now on the original lol, sounds fine, iv always thought the renault clutch was pretty good?

When cold there is an almost constant squeaking/chirping noise from that area... once warm it calms down a little!! :dead:

Also when the clutch is pressed down, sounds like stones going through a blender meeeh..

New clutch cable will sort that^

not always. I replaced the clutch kit with the helix organic and the crunch is gone. there was friction between fork/bearing/pressure plate. I'll post some pics
