Uprated engine and gearbox mount

I've got a nearly new Renault engine mount and powerflex dogbone. Not sure on the gearbox mount but look nearly new too.

No vibrations at all but I can feel the engine and box moving around as the car does get driven properly.

I've noticed the Ktec mounts at £200 for the pair. I was wondering if there are any others available?

I've had road spec (not competition) uprated mounts before and most of them have caused vibrations through the whole car, expecially at idle. I can't be doing with that tbh.

Mine vibrated like mad. They were fitted correctly leaving the bolts loose, starting the car to let the engine sit where it wants and the bolts tightened up. I couldnt be dealing with the constant vibrations from the dashboard, fitted the standard mounts back in and its so much nicer. You can crush the outer cage of the engine side mount to restrict its movement. I have been considering trying the gearbox mount on its own with the modified engine side mount to see if the vibrations are of an acceptable level.

I bought the complete mount package from Ktec and it worked out cheaper than Vibratechnics.

Remember the Vibratechnics prices on the website are excluding VAT.

So far after a day or so with the complete mount set there is a bit more vibration noise on the dash, nothing that turning the radio up doesn't cure. While I have found that cruising on the motorway they were better than the original items. Gear change feels much improved.
