Uprated master cylinder?

Just up graded to megane 4 pots on my 182, fitted then bled them and the pedal had a lot of travel before any braking effort, I re-bled them incase I had an air lock but it's still the same.

I'm wondering if it's the standard master cylinder and it carnt cope with the extra size of the 4 pots? Can the megane 225 or clio 197 master cylinder etc be used ?

The 197/200 master cylinder can be used on cars with abs, got one stripped down atm for when i getaround to fit my 4pots. Not fitted yet so can't comment any further but both look the same side by side.
