Uprating Suspension

Anyone know if there is a clear way to differentiate Cup Springs and Standard springs. Just bought some new cup springs for my sport but have a slight suspicion they might be standard. Any help wud be great, cheers

The 172 springs should ahve two white marks on them but obviously with wear they rub off anyway.

wouln't bother if i were you mate, just buy some apex or eibach springs, much better, but if your keeping standard shocks, don't go lower than 30mm. These will make a marked difference
