***URGENT HELP*** CLIO MK4 KEYCARD PROGRAMMING

Does anyone know how to programme the keycard of a mk4 Clio Dci? Or is this a Renault only job?

The battery was replaced after it stopped working and it still doesn't work.

Is it under warranty? Put the original battery back in and ring Renault...
