Urgent help needed anti roll bar bushes

Just got around to change the front anti roll bar bushes inner and outer, got all off and im now stuck putting back together as cant get the clamps around the bushes, any help how to please??????

For the inner ones use longer bolts.

For the outer ones use a G clamp etc.

G clamp was how I did mine.

Thanks, managed to get inner done using a crowbar to lever the bracket down and got original bolt back in and the outers were easy, if did it again would lower the subframe, inners were ok after all lol.

I've just tried to do this job on my 182 but when I tighten the nut and bolt up the bush distorts making a gap where the bush is split to get it over the ARB. Any ideas how I can stop this from happening?
