Urgent help needed

My clio mk2 phase 1 1.2 8v cut out when driving tried restarting it but battery has now died the imobiliser light flashes when turning the car over but it was spinning over quite fast any help would be appreciated as the car is stuck, I'm pretty sure it's immobilised but don't know why

Deactivate immobiliser.

Just to add the light goes out as normal then flashes when turning key

How do I deactivate the imobiliser

If its turning over faster than usual that usually indicates the cam belt has snapped.
