Urgent Help

  RenaultSport clio 172 mk2
Hello all,

This is my first post as i have thought of this place as a good place to ask for good honest advice!

I have a 54 reg clio, nothing special and my little bro had a minor argument with a set of railings today.

He was lucky to only smash the front side panel and a bit of the bumper, so it looks like they are only needed.

The damage needs to be repaired asap, so was wondering how much i would be looking at for a new front bumper and a side wing, oh and also how hard are they to fit. (Things like that tend to be quite easy, bt i may be wrong!!)

Any help is greatly appreciated, as im DESPERATE right now!!! ha ha

Cheers

Michael

Easy to fit them. only a few bolts holds the front bumper on.
I assume its a 172 you have?
If so then prices and part numbers are below (ex vat and there a bit out of date but should be about accurate) they come unpainted from Renault try Maatt on 01254 386661 he works for Renault specialist breakers and is likly to have some in stock for less and they may even be from a car of the same colour.

Front bumper 7701473753 £164.00
172 WING LHF 77 01 472 417 £50.00
172 WING RHF 77 01 472 418 £50.00

Hey,

Thanks for the post, standard clio, sorry. I thought about all the car enthusiasts sites and thought that you lot could be a good help.

Its just a standard one, in the ever so popular blue which is on the road.

Do you think those prices will be much different?

Cheers

He was so lucky to do no real damage to the frame of the car, only a small bend to a little bracket. Could have been a lot worse!!

Need to try get it all sorted tomorrow before my old dear spots the problem!

Cheers for the help!

Michael
