Urgent!!! How to reset imoboliser!????

Car  Italian 3.2 V6
Friend has broke down lol and needs his done.. How do u do it?
Car is a ph2 172 (03)

PSJ.
 
Disconnect the battery and leave it so for about fifteen minutes.

What symptoms is it showing?
 
Won't start and headlights flashing.. He thinks it's imoboliser..

Any ideas? He is going to try and disconnect the battery now
