Urgent Question about my Track rod ends...

When they attach to the hubs, are the "bolts"/stud meant to go up through the hub with the nut on top or should it go down through the hub with the nut underneath? Does that make sense?

And before you say "swap them how they are", I want to check the garage I got to change them has done them properly
