Urgent question

i know that you all have been aske dthis question before but can a renault 19 16v gearbox go straight on to a clio 16v?

well,

what i know is -

i know of people using R19 boxes on clio 16vs, the ratio is lsightly differnt but yes they go nicley, Ben (Red16) used one to good effect,

BUT the onlt hing i did once hear is that phase 1 R19s need a phase 1 box and visa versa for the phase 2s, i reckon someone was having him on though,

wack it in if its cheap
