Corrupted half way through saving to the server and now im getting 'unexpected end of file' error.

Can anyone recommend any utilities or any way around it ?

Any help appreciated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
