USB help

I have an after market Pioneer head unit in my Clio (model DEH-4500bt)
I know it seems like a daft question but what type of USB stick will it take? I recently tried a sandisk usb (the type that was an exposed usb, not casing around it) and it would not accept it but yet it accepts my 6 year old Kingston 2GB usb, uploaded the files in the exact same way ect
i dont want to spend upwards of £15 on a usb (i want a 64gb one) for it not to accept it, is there only a certain type they will accept?

Probably needs to be formatted as fat32 and not NTFS.

Ha right i best explain at this point, ive heard of fat32 before but me and anything to do with modern tech dont get along!

Can you put that in layman's terms if possible? lol

Plug it into your pc. Open explorer and right click on it and click format. Change the format to exfat or fat32 and click okay.

This will wipe the memory pen so back it up first!!

Yeah

NTFS is a Windows format, which only works on Windows based pc's hence it not working in your car
