Possible yes like most things

Its beeing done now its been done before I think but they gave up.

Its a lot of work the engines way to big realy and underpowered for its size there better engine out there for the Hp and size.

Cost well it would be a DIY jobbie so parts alone and thendeepnds how good /skilled you are the price.
Insurance many compnaies woulnd't touch you its a specilast thing. Best ring Adrina flux/GFreenlight etc.
