v6 running costs????

26, 5 years NCB, £575 greenlight, all mods declared.

not easy to get insured on at 21 for reasonable money, i suggest getting some quotes before getting your heart set on it.

its a relatively cheap car to run but if anything goes wrong the bill is generally 1k+. lol

and theres not many places you can trust to take it to for work to be done. the amount of main dealer horror stories you hear...

perfectly fine for daily driving as long as you dont need it to ferry kids or a dog about or anything. it does make it easier if you have access to other cars every now and then though.

and buy one with the cambelt done (with proof)!!! saves a lot of hassle and money.


deffiantly will be looking at ones with as much work as possble

Defo! It's a future classic! Whether people on here beleive it or not!

Decent ones can be had for about 12.5-13k!! Mine wouldn't go for much more than that and it's on a higher mileage. Mods are worth nothing unfortunately...Moreof a selling point!

I use mine every day, definatly no problem with doing so. Just take it abit steady in the rain and mine does catch on every speed hump, but thats because its lowered slightly. Also the steering lock is abit frustrating at times. But when u get onto a nice bit of road and hear the roar from just behind your head you wont even care, its awesome!!!!

I would recomend keeping at least one spare coil pack with you, and a socket to change it. I took 2 spares to the ring with me, just incase.
