Valver - electrical problems/noises?

Hello,

I've got a valver with a few problems:

The ffront fog lights don't work at all, the bulbs are fine. The light on the dash comes on when they are turned on but thats about it.

My heaters only blow cold air, no hot air?

The front window wipers go crazy, the seem to do what they want (go on when the back one is on/stop half way etc.)

There is a loudish ticking noise, the higher the revs the quicker it is. It can be heard outside and inside the car and isn't the normal tappety sound, any ideas?

for the fog lights im going to say the relay is knackered.

The heater matrix will be fucked and u need 2 replace it which involves removing the whole dasgboard.

wipers i dont have a clue.

ticking could be a number of things.

So you think i should replace the heater matrix?

Where would i find the ground for the wipers, under the scuttle panel?
