Valver gearbox "crunch" in 5th

When i engage 5th gear at over 50 mph i can feel a slight "crunch", nothing major but you can tell its there. Its only just started to happen. If i select 5th really carefully it doesnt crunch, so i've been doing that. Once its in 5th its fine, no problems at all.

Anyone know what it could be? Is the gearbox dying? Someone told me the dog bone mount could have moved out of place?! Any help would be great.

Dog bone maybe could just the the gear linkage isn't that good it might need chcking and adjusting.

is the oil level correct?

Pop the end cover off and make sure the nut and bolt on input and secondary shaft are tight.
