Valver history?

I was wondering if renault could trace my cars history from production line to today ie:which renault factory it was built, dealership it was sold from,what number it was ,all that kinda stuff.as much detail.I no that vw can do this if asked so just wondering wether renault do this or where i would start to get this info.anyone know?
