Valver - How to make it go bang ?

Fitted my cat back Magnex system and decat pipe (just a pipe)

And tried my hardest to make it pop and bang and make some sort of noise.

Any tips ?

do a couple hundred miles to run it in, get it nice and warm the rag it! When you come off throttle should get some nice pops etc.

doing a 300 miles trip tonight should get it bedded in nice !

when your on overrun, just very lightly touch the throttle, you'll find the point where it pops and burbles like nothing else.

Does use alot of fuel though.

mine hardly pops and bangs actually..same setup as yours......but when it does it feels special...lol

be a total ass an buy a 'chip' (resistor) from ebay. it'll totally screw up the fuelling, leaving loads of unburnt fuel in your exhaust.

you could even join it to a toggle switch so you could switch it in and out!

Plus it gives at least 20 bhp more! Lol.

you can do it easy enough sitting still rev it to about 4 when its dropping down tap it and it will pop and bang. Mine has a standard system and pops like a mofo, no flames though

you gotta give it a good while to the exhaust to warm up properly, which doesn't take too long in this weather.

and then exactly as ben said, it'll pop all day long lol!

Mine seems to pop and bang a little bit on the overrun, and I've still got a cat!

Methinks it might be a bit fooked... LoL
