Please help...

Collecting valver tonight/tomo morning need to service it straight away so looking to buy the bits now, can someone please tell me if im missing anything? the car is on 129K and i have no idea whats been done/not done. thanks

Spark Plugs
Cam Belt
Timing Belt
Oil Filter

Distributor cap/rotor but you may just be able to clean them(not that cheap new)
all the cam/aux pulleys while you are doing the belts
Water pump while doing the belts
Check the gearbox/power steering oil
If the power steering is noisy you might also consider sorting that out while the belts are off as if it fails badly it will soak the belts and they will all need doing again

It all depends on how long you are going to keep it, money, milage you are going to do etc....

There are a couple of plastic gear linkage bushes that total about £10-15 which on a car that old will improve the gear selection A LOT and are quite easy to change.

thanks fella :) will be keeping it a while mileage...will be doing a fair bit :)

is GSF the best place for parts? im in London i use them mostly for my clio now and they are ok plus i get trade so its not too bad. i take it changing the belts will be a bit tricky..not a lot of space lol

There is no space at all. Even getting the cam cover off is a pain in the arse.

Yeah do a search for motor factors and call around.
