van wont start!

Clio 1.9d mk2 ph1 wont start. Always had problems with the fuel system, with sometimes is taking like 10 seconds of turning over before it starts.

I can see air bubbles in the fuel lines too. I've pumped fuel too manually but still no luck.

Any ideas? Cheers.
