various dash lights on without key's

Well just washed the car, and noticed the ignition lights were on and few others flashing and the mileage was showing but faintly.

Tried turning ignition on and off no change.

Only turns over too won't start.

Any ideas?

All fixed. Bad earth behind the headlight on ns. Fixed in about 5 mins by the good ol rac
