velcro numberplate pads

So it's mot time and I want to attach my full size number plate back on. Someone said to me about velcro so I can just change between the two number plates without hassle.
Can anyone recommend any certain types of velcro or where to get it from? I'm after some real heavy duty stuff as don't fancy having to purchase more number plates after they fall off. Lol

I got some heavy duty ones from work. When you put them in opposite way so people can't take your plate off and put it on upside down
