Vents stuck on full even when turned off

Ever since my fiancée drove to work in the floods last month, the vents have been on full blow. The speed control does not work, the display still indicates the speed changing but it remains on max coming out the vents. Even if I turn the vents off it still blows out on max.

What could be causing this?

How much do they cost and where from. Thanks. Where is it in the engine bay.

I had the same problem mate, the guy that sold me my 182 said he got the part from Renault (sure you can get an aftermarket part). Just lift the bonnet up and at the top is a long plastic covering below the windscreen, pull it up, take the old one out and pop the new in.
