Very High CPU Usage Help

Let me set the scene, there are 3.1 million tetris battle players on facebook and I'm ranked 17?? (goes up and down daily depending on games played).

I keep having this issue that when I open tetris battles my cpu usages goes through the roof and the games stutters and I cant play. it normally goes to 100% when I try play, why? this week ive dropped 4 levels, which is seriously bad.

using IE 11, got a standard laptop i5-4210u and 8gb of ram.

why cant I play tetris battle!!!!!!!

(before anyone asks, I like tetris and I need to get out more)

Maybe it's using your cpu for mining in the background? Seen some cheeky websites doing this lately .

Truth be told I don't know how one would actually find out. Do a Google for the website + mining and see if there are other reports.

Have you tried using a different browser? Or it could simply be something they’ve ‘updated’ and it’s broken the game.

I do have Google chrome installed, but
Tetris battle doesn't work as it says it needs flash

Probably your main issue right there, utterly shambolic software.

You could try emptying the cache in flash player?
