Not that cheap suprisingly... i'm only using it to save getting wireless adapters for desktop and xbox, running over the roof ftw...

did just find cable monkey.com VERY cheap but only seems to go to 20m... damn!

Well i've found 50m for £17.20 delivered, and running it over my bungalow roof to a room on the other side, i imagine i may need all of it... so not too bad....

buy a drum of cat5 and make it yourself

yep, £30 will get you 300m of cable, buy some ends and a crimper and you are sorted.
