Victoria Wax

  Chocolate Bar™
got this off cleanyourcar based on his recommendation as i wanted a wax to really bring the sunflower alive as it was a bit dark and dull, and can honestly say im somewhat disappointed...

first of you have to really rub it on as its quite sticky, then you can only do a small area at a time (as me and andy found out lol) and then to top it all off its hard to remove and doesnt give that great a shine.

in fairness it has given the car a bit more depth, but when i swapped over to p21s for a topcoat i was amazed how much easier it went on and the shine from the p21 is far superior to that of the victorias - and if you run your fingers over the paint its far far smoother.

so middos top tip would be to stick to p21s and save yourself £30 or if your feeling flush put £15 to it and get some onyx. its just a shame i cant get a refund on it...

Nice to know the products people don't think so much of, shame though with someone recommending it as well.

  Chocolate Bar™
more disappointing as its not exactly like im minted, so thats £30 i could have spent on something more productive but if you dont try these things you'll never know.

Doesn't seem that bad to me, on/off is fine (half a panel at a time in the shade)

  Chocolate Bar™
thats the biggest problem. i could have given the car 2 coats of p21 in the same period as the victoria wax - and when i did half the bonnet in p21 even my dad commented that it looked far better

I was looking to add it to my collection along with P21s but I certainly won't be bothering now. Looks like I'll carry on with the P21s for my RB or maybe give the onyx a try.
