Video clips using digital camera question..again!

Sorry guys but more questions about video clips on digital cameras.

Today I have taken a 2min video clip (AVI) of my friend's son on his horse and wanted to email it to his mum but as I have tried to email it, a message appeared saying I can't send it because it's too large a file.

I then tried to upload it to YouTube and because it is 123mb I can't upload it as it said it can't be greater than 100mb.

Can one of the ClioSport camera experts please tell me what I can do to be able to email and upload it to YouTube or similar site (or maybe one that will take larger files).

Should I be saving it as an MPG.... or should I be doing something else please?

Thanks

Windows Movie maker is probably the easiest and quickest* way of converting it to something smaller.

* - You won't produce a Bafta winning movie from it but it does the job.

Encode it with h264 and it'll probably end up about 15/20 mb.
HELP!! ;) I haven't got a clue what you're on about...
You must remember I am blonde and female :o

Please help me..... :o
