Video to DVD

Ive got loads of short videos taken with my digital camera that I would like to group together and do 2 things:

Firstly create a DVD that has all the videos joined together so they play one after another, and maybe breaks so you can skip through..

Also create a menu for this detailing each video etc...
Does any one know any software that does this?
