im running windows 7 64bit and having trouble viewing the apple web site

when i click lanuch it wont display properly

why and how do i solve this?

Don't use Internet explorer, try using chrome or another alternative. By the looks of it I would say try disabling and AD or popup blockers, could be causing the issue.

pop up blocker already off, i dont want to use something else, i want to use IE.

In the address bar car you select what appears to be broken page (compatibility view)

Wouldn't be any other way, its the Apple developer portal.
