VIN Chassis No. Locations?

I was reading an article saying that later Clio's (I assume they mean post-2001) have the VIN number in 3 locations: 1). On the offside drivers door pillar in a sticker format. 2). Viewed through the nearside base of the front windscreen. 3). Located in the boot on the right side under the carpet... So, before I go ripping out all carpet in the boot does anyone have a pic of the VIN location in the boot or know precisely where to look in the boot? Thanks.

No worries matey. I don't know if they all have them on the chassis leg but the ph1 I just broke did.

You won't find it on the boot floor, that's VAG cars that have have a sticker there. It's on the top left of the dash right at the front (if you're in the drivers seat)

Okay, slight misunderstanding.. I can find the VIN located on the door pillar & viewed through the windscreen but not sure whether there should also be a VIN stamped in the boot under the carpet? I apologise for being curt with you, Steve
No probs.
