Viper cold air hose

I've got a couple of holes the size of a 5 pence piece and it starting to wear wear away with age can i get the exact same hose from somewhere or can you recomend a one?

I've just cleaned my filter and leaving it out to dry now, suppose thats not a bad idea may aswell get its money worth out of it first
