Viper induction

Car  clio 172 phase 2
Ive got a viper induction kit on my 172 whats everyones opinions on this. Or am
I better of with a panel filter and standard air box .??

i think you will find that the standard airbox and panel filter set up is the best for performance mate but the viper sounds the bolloc*s dosent it!! lol

Get a 172 PH1 airbox, or an Espace V6 airbox with a silicone 90 degree bend and a panel filter. Seems to get the best results out of all the induction options (RS2 and ITB apart).

I had one of these and to be honest I thought it felt sluggier on pick up. Looks nice with the carbon weave but your better off with a panel filter and for more noise just unplug the acoustic valve :)

I did have a v6 air box after the viper and the noise was immense!

the acoustic valve is on there to cut down the induction noise i think you will find that most people take them off! its behind the passenger side wheel arch liner.

Gave me 0.5bhp extra over the standard ph2 airbox on the same rollers ;) Not worth the hassle. Get some matched inlets, remap and a decent exhaust.

Ive been doing research into matched inlets most people are sayings its
Not worth the effort . What benifits from having
Matched inlets are the ports bigger or sOmthing ?
