Thankfully, they have a call-centre filled with brain-rotten baboons... therefore I was unable to sign-up for broadband with them.

I am as far away from the exchange as possible on a crappy line and still I dont get any service problems with them

Can't be any worse than BT broadband! Been on the phone to them for 20+ hours over the last week trying to get broadband working and they still havent sent us an engineer!
All the call centres are in India and although they are very polite they are useless.

When I signed up with freeserve they were fine, when they changed to Wanadoo it went downhill, now its f**king orange they are worse than useless, when I rang to change my package they had no records of me even being a customer. Orange's tech support might as well be filled with people from Remploy for all the good they are.

Yeah I do but have come close to going mad. They said yesterday there wasnt a fault on the line, I had to bite my tongue!

I can't fault virgin broadband...its cheap, fast and very rarely f***s up...unlike Ntl before the take over

It could be there is a problem on your internal wiring. They will test up to the input into your home I believe

As far as I know without having an engineer on site they cant test internal wiring. Just keep pushing for an engineers visit.
