Got a problem I need solving, have the tech support company that look after our VC units looking at it, but thought I'd ask the internet too.
Problem is, VC units in a conference call.
Someone external (f**king muppets dialling the wrong number) keep interrupting high level VC's between senior management.
Need to find a way of blocking phone calls to the ISDN number whilst the conference is going on (VC's are generally connected via IP)
I know there is a DnD option, but this isn't a useable option because it would stop multicall VC's, and only applies to video calls I believe
Any ideas?
