Vulcan Flying at Kemble

While on our Airfield day, we were lucky enough to see this flying around us for a while, what a site, the only one flying i was told?

Yup only one flying. Restored at Bruntingthorpe aerodrome in Leicestershire. I saw it fly over Rutland the other month and was indeed a sight to behold.

The noise was fantasic, he was flying over and you could barely hear it, till he throttled on, then it sounded like the world ending lol

Its amazing to see fly.
I was lucky enough to have a sit up front in that very one when it first came in for restoration, so small inside, almost having to crawl around up to the cockpit.

Seen it several times. Bournemouth airshow next weekend... it always does a flyby along the beach right over my flat

lol cheers but not me... like you I was too busy leaving rubber on the track, if I wasnt in mine I was in Andy's car..
