A few of us got together to do the Wales Tour 2009. We did this tour last year and people enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again this year.
The route took us from South Wales to North Wales via Mid Wales and was over 3 days covering some of the best driving roads in Wales, and to prove it here are some photos.

Wales Tour Day 1
We met just off the M4 but that would be the last of any motorways, its going to be all A, B and unlisted roads from here on...
Straight onto good country roads and our first stop off point was a lovely mountain road.
We met up with some very friendly locals on the way.
We then picked up a few more cars along the way.
Elan Village but sadly the dams were not overflowing this time, but the sun was out.
Relaxing and a couple of drinks at the Hotel

Wales Tour Day 2
Day 2 and the sun was shining and the roads were waiting... so all 9 cars headed off for the mountains

Wales Tour Day 3
Well we had to say goodbye to Ian as he was back off home to Yorkshire however the rest of us headed back down to South Wales via another pretty route. Again we were blessed with some stunning weather.
...and then for the last leg there was 3 who all did the full 580 miles
