I got mine from Halfrauds, it's about half the size of the original fishing rod style one.
It was a tenner, 6mm thread is what you need.

A Peugeot 607 one, costed me €5.92 at an official dealer.
And it's only like 4cm.

Its that silver alloy Halfords shi-tty bee sting one , i removed the centre section and connected the top cap and base together with 5mm threaded stud bar cut to fit, sprayed it black . I done this in 2002 when i had my 172, found it again when going through loft last week, so thought i'd put it on the 182 :quiet: reception is not affected

guys, you're all forgetting he asked for Ph1 aerials... which are at the front of the roof and don't have the base like the Ph2s.

But the PH1's still just screw out like the ph2's don't they? I screwed mine out the other day, the only difference i can see is that it can be angle adjusted?? Or am i totally wrong? Is the thread still 6mm?

iirc the ph2s are a 5mm thread. Also the base that they screw into are different shape so the ph2 aerials don't even fit.
