want a stealth exhaust

hello could some one pls help im based in wigan my 172 has a performance stainless steel exhaust only thing it hangs under the rear bumper ands sounds like a helicopter.do i need to change the whole exhaust.how much and where???

You may just need a new exhaust mount to bring it back up higher.

as John says, probably just needs adjusting or a new hanger for 20 quid.

or are you saying you have an exhaust which is supposed to hang below the bumper, but you want to change to a stealth? If so a new backbox might be all you need providing you can match it to the centre section.
