Warn Suspension bushes ??? help...

Been driving around recently and Im noticing an increasingly irratable knocking when I go over small bumps / cats eyes.... how do I know if my bushes are knackered??

if you are not mechanically minded take it to an MOT centre and ask them to check the wishbone and antiroll bar bushes - if they are fooked get some from K-Tec ( polyurethane )
