Warning light

Got a 182, when driving the exhaust gas warning light keeps coming on, sometimes it goes off, other times it stays on
Also it seems to idle lumpy like it's struggling etc, what could this be and should I book it in asap.

also its not pulling very well, and its giving off an eggy smell

As PM could be the lambder sensor or looking at the thread poss the cat-

out of the 2 if anythings gone hope its the CAT as they are cheaper-( Used that is not new from the stealers)
